obtained his law degree in 2016. With a master's degree in tax law, he also has extensive practice in corporate, intellectual property and tax affairs. He has been the face of the office in its correspondent relationships with major international law firms. From the registrations of trade marks and patents, consultancies and the elaboration of intellectual property licence contracts in general, his practice in this area of law has been steadily gaining relevance. He is a member of the Dominican Republic Bar Association. He has developed – and recently launched – a jurisprudence and doctrine consultation web platform that is popular with attorneys and judges.
