About Naomi Santesteban

Naomi Santesteban maintains a broad practice and provides advice to a wide range employers on of various labour and employment matters. Naomi has experience assisting clients with grievance arbitrations, employment disputes, workplace investigations, human rights, workers’ compensation, and other related issues. Naomi is also keen on exploring her interests as they relate to more specific industries including construction, education, and non-profit organisations. As part of her articles, Naomi participated in a seven-week secondment at the Ontario Labour Relations Board where she performed legal research and shadowed mediators, vice-chairs and board members.
