About Sarah C Crossley

Sarah C Crossley is a former partner of Filion Wakely Thorup Angeletti LLP and currently runs her own mediation and workplace investigation practice at Sarah Crossley Mediation & Workplace Investigations. Sarah has been recognised as a leading practitioner in employment, labour and workplace human rights and is a Fellow of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers (US). She is regularly retained to conduct workplace investigations as an external, independent investigator on topics such as discrimination, workplace harassment, bullying, sexual harassment and/or assault, and other areas of general workplace misconduct (including policy violations). In addition to conducting workplace investigations, Sarah is retained to conduct independent reviews or culture assessments.
