has been practising law in the litigation division at A.D. Sosa & Soto since early 2015. His experience includes working in government relations and constitutional, civil, commercial, administrative, intellectual property and copyright infringement and criminal litigation, in addition to foreclosure procedures and complex debt collection. Since his early years as a student, Daniel has argued cases before the Constitutional Court of Guatemala. In addition, the Guatemalan Soccer Federation has appointed him as sole arbiter for resolving disputes between players and teams under the FIFA regulations.
