About Ashton Goatley

Ashton Goatley is a partner in the corporate advisory team at Webb Henderson and was awarded Young Private Practice Lawyer of the Year at the 2024 New Zealand Law Awards. Ashton advises New Zealand and international clients on complex transactions (including joint ventures, M&A, and commercial contracts), corporate governance, and regulatory matters. Ashton’s recent experience includes advising on a range of inbound foreign investment transactions, domestic M&A, corporate governance structures and processes, capital markets transactions, and regulatory matters in the insurance and energy sectors.
