About Sarah Keene

Sarah Keene is a competition/antitrust partner in the Auckland office of Webb Henderson with over 25 years’ experience in the areas of competition and consumer law, and economic regulation. She regularly acts on New Zealand’s most complex and contentious M&A, working seamlessly with local and international teams in advising whether to seek clearance, and leading teams running clearance or authorisation applications and appeals. Sarah also advises clients facing competition, consumer and economic regulatory investigations, including cartel leniency applications, dawn raids, advocacy with the regulator, injunctions and appeals. Her practice also includes advising major corporations operating in New Zealand on competition and consumer law compliance and audits.
