About Parviz Huseynov

Parviz Huseynov is a senior associate at GRATA International, Azerbaijan. With extensive experience in advising on a broad range of commercial matters, Parviz specialises in complex cross-border transactions, litigation, insolvency, aviation, real estate, energy, investments and franchising. Parviz holds an LLB from Baku State University and an LLM in International Private, Procedural and Investment Law from the University of Cologne, Germany. He is fluent in Azerbaijani, English, Russian, German and Turkish. He also serves in the Working Group on the Improvement of the Civil Code of Azerbaijan, contributing comparative expertise in German law to the ongoing legislative reform process.
