About Ferran Llaquet Ballarín

Ferran Llaquet Ballarín has been a lawyer at Sol Muntañola Abogados since 2002. He holds a law degree from the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC) and a higher engineering degree in computer science from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya. He has worked in intellectual property and related fields since 2002, specialising in new technologies law. He combines his professional practice with teaching activities in various areas of law. Since 2006, he has been a teaching collaborator in the UOC e-learning Master’s programme, and since 2015 he has also been an external collaborator for the IT+IP Master’s programme at ESADE Faculty of Law (Universitat Ramon Llull, Barcelona).
