Chimène Matsanga is a Gabonese national who graduated with a Professional Bachelor's Degree in Communication from Luton Business and College Computer School in South Africa. She holds a Certificate in Management and Administration from Luton Business and College Computer School and a Certificate of English (ILES) from the Language Lab. Chimène currently deals with all matters relating to the recruitment of foreign nationals in the Republic of Gabon, obtaining visas or residence permits, and generally ensuring that these foreign nationals comply with the rules governing entry to and residence in the Republic of Gabon. She is based in Port-Gentil.
