is the tax manager of Sutter & Pearce-Laways. A Cameroonian national trained at Douala University, he moved to Congo in 2010 having practised tax law in various law offices in Cameroon, and joined Sutter & Pearce-Laways in 2012, as assistant tax manager, then as tax manager. Bertin is currently practising tax law in Congo and in other CEMAC member states. He is also familiar with the international sides of local laws (tax treaties, for instance). Bertin speaks English with an average level.
