is the managing partner of Sutter & Pearce-Laways. A bi-national former lawyer in France (Paris and Lyons) who is specialised with corporate law and tax law, he joined PwC's African team in 1988, left the big firms and acquired Sutter & Pearce-Laways in 2004. He is approved as a tax adviser by CEMAC (the Economic Community of Central African States) and is being appointed as a judiciary tax expert before the courts. His training in France leads him to handle legal and tax principles in force in francophone Africa with respect essentially to business laws. Fluent in English, he has an intermediate level in Spanish.
