About Niovie Constantinou

Niovie Constantinou is an associate director at Ioannides Demetriou LLC, focusing on M&A, banking and finance, corporate and commercial law. She advises on complex domestic and cross-border transactions, including asset and share acquisitions, financings, restructurings and due diligence. Niovie has been involved in landmark Cyprus transactions, including major banking mergers, acquisition financings for hospitality assets, and share and asset disposals in the insurance and retail sectors. She holds an LLB from the University of Reading and an LLM in Corporate Law from University College London, and is a member of the Cyprus Bar Association.
