About Kwizera M Grace

Kwizera M Grace is an associate at K-Solutions & Partners with legal experience of both the Rwandan and Kenyan jurisdictions having studied and worked in both jurisdictions. Her legal practice involves assisting clients with regulatory compliance, contract drafting and review, company incorporations and restructuring, due diligence, drafting legal opinions, data protection law and cyber security. She also has a strong passion for alternative dispute resolution, specifically arbitration. She is a member of the Rwanda Bar Association and the East African Law Society.
