About Yves Sangano

Yves Sangano is a chief principal associate at K-Solutions & Partners with vast experience of more than 15 years in business law practice. He focuses mainly on IP, corporate, commercial, tax, management, PPP, public procurement and investment transactions. He is a member of the Rwanda Bar Association, the East African Law Society, and the National Independent Review Panel of Public Procurement. He is also a certified arbitrator and certified insolvency practitioner. Before joining the law firm, he served in various positions, such as state attorney/strategic investment legal analyst, deputy registrar general of companies, and legal advisor to the cabinet secretariat of the Prime Minister’s office.
