About Peter Memminger

Peter Memminger is a partner in King & Spalding’s Frankfurt office and heads the firm’s private equity/M&A practice in Germany. With more than 25 years of experience, he advises private equity funds, family offices and leading corporates across various industries on their domestic and cross-border transactions. He also assists clients with complex restructuring and insolvency matters, corporate governance and directors’ and officers’ liability issues, and handles litigation arising out of his corporate work. Clients appreciate his unique combination of strong legal skills and strategic thinking with his deep understanding of the economic value drivers of transactions and negotiations.
