About Leen Al-Alami

Leen Al-Alami is a corporate partner at Duane Morris. She advises private equity and corporate clients on domestic and cross-border M&A and governance in a range of industries, including technology, gaming, chemicals, mining, healthcare and life sciences. Fluent in French, she also regularly advises French and Canadian clients on US corporate law issues and transactions. Prior to becoming an attorney, she held several positions relating to communications strategy and press with the Office of King Abdullah II of Jordan, the Executive Council of the Government of Dubai and the European Union Delegation to Jordan.
