About Michael C. Hardy

Michael C. Hardy is a corporate partner, co-chair of Duane Morris’s private equity division and a member of the firm’s governing partners board. He advises capital providers and growth companies on complex equity and debt financings, M&A and other strategic transactions, both domestically and internationally. Mr Hardy advises clients on a broad range of industries, including software and information technology, healthcare and life sciences, business services, consumer products and telecommunications. His clients include middle market equity and credit funds, large institutional investors, special situations funds, independent sponsors, growth companies and regulated financial institutions and their borrowers.
