About Michael Hardy

Michael Hardy is a corporate partner, chair of Duane Morris’s private equity division and a member of the firm’s governing Partners Board. He advises capital providers and growth companies on complex equity and debt financings, M&A and other strategic transactions, both domestically and internationally. Mr Hardy advises clients in a broad range of industries, including software and information technology, healthcare and life sciences, business services, consumer products and telecommunications. His clients include middle-market equity and credit funds, large institutional investors, special situations funds, independent sponsors, growth companies and regulated financial institutions and their borrowers.
