Nicholas Stewart is a corporate partner at Duane Morris focusing on fund formation and management for a range of funds, from emerging managers to those managing over USD1 billion. He advises private equity, venture, hedge, real estate and private credit funds, as well as funds of funds, on their formation and operation, including structuring and fundraising strategy, investor negotiations and relations, and regulatory compliance.
