Claudio Barbosa is a senior partner and practising lawyer at Kasznar Leonardos, and spearheads the firm’s specialised patent litigation and counselling team. With decades of experience tackling intricate IP-related issues, Claudio is a highly accomplished lawyer. He advises clients on patents, trade marks, copyright, data protection, and IP-related contractual matters. Claudio is a member of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB), the International Bar Association (IBA), the Brazilian Intellectual Property Association (ABPI), the Brazilian Association of Industrial Property Agents (ABAPI) and ITechLaw. He holds a doctorate from the University of São Paulo (USP), and two LLMs from USP and George Washington University (GWLaw).
