About Gustavo Vicenti

Gustavo Vicenti has nearly six years’ experience as a trial and appellate litigator before administrative and judicial courts at all levels. Prior to joining Kasznar Leonardos’ São Paulo office, in 2023, Gustavo worked at a prominent law firm representing large national and international companies in complex disputes and leading cases involving patent law, trade marks and regulatory compliance, most of them pursuing the interests of clients in the area of life sciences. Additionally, Mr Vicenti has experience with disputes concerning plant variety counterfeiting. Mr Vicenti is specialised in civil procedure law.
