About Jorge Tinoco

Jorge Tinoco is an associate lawyer in Kasznar Leonardos’ specialised patent litigation team. Jorge’s areas of practice involve mostly electrical and mechanical sciences, and his background in international law and conflicts of law provides particular insight into cross-border disputes. He is a member of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) and is an LLM candidate in International Commercial Law at the University of São Paulo, while holding a postgraduate degree in International Law from the University of Fortaleza.
