Viviane de Medeiros Trojan is a partner and practising lawyer at Kasznar Leonardos and heads the firm’s specialised patent litigation and counselling team. With over a decade of experience, Viviane assists high-profile clients with complex disputes across diverse commercial fields. She has increasingly focused on highly intricate life sciences matters, notably the enforcement of pharmaceutical patents and plant varieties certificates. A member of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB), the International Bar Association (IBA), the co-chair of the Patent Studies Committee of the Brazilian Intellectual Property Association (ABPI), and she holds an LLM from UC Berkeley, as well as a postgraduate degree in Civil Procedure.
