She has a master’s degree in IP from the Brazilian Patent and Trademark Office Academy and a post-graduate degree in IP from the Rio de Janeiro State University School of Law, where she graduated in 2000. Ana Paula’s practice includes the evaluation of litigation risks, collaborating with corporate departments, and developing mitigation solutions and litigation strategies.
