About Ernesto Tzirulnik

Ernesto Tzirulnik has a doctorate in Economic Law from the University of São Paulo (USP). He is co-founder and president of the Brazilian Institute of Insurance Law (IBDS), and chaired the commission responsible for writing the proposed Brazilian Insurance Contract Act. Ernesto’s practice spans more than three decades and includes landmark insurance and reinsurance disputes that shaped the Brazilian market.
