Luca Giannotti is a doctoral candidate in Civil Law at the University of São Paulo (USP), and is a member of the Brazilian Institute of Insurance Law (IBDS). Since joining ETAD in 2021, Luca has advised national and international clients in complex insurance, reinsurance and contract law matters and disputes.
