About Beni Flint

Beni Flint is a senior associate in the litigation and arbitration practice of Campos Mello Advogados, based in Rio de Janeiro, with ten years of licensed practice in dispute resolution. He provides legal counselling and contractual advice on behalf of multinational companies, representing them in commercial litigation and arbitration disputes before Brazilian courts and under a variety of arbitration bodies, such as the CAM-CCBC, CAM-B3, ICC, AAA, and LCIA. He has been involved in construction, real estate, technology and post-M&A disputes related to infrastructure, energy, mining, and natural resources. Beni also has extensive experience in enforcement procedures in Brazil, acting for creditors in individual lawsuits and restructuring actions.
