Eugénie Caroit is a counsel in the litigation and arbitration practice and the energy and natural resources department of Campos Mello Advogados, based in São Paulo, licensed in New York. She focuses on international commercial and investment arbitration, representing states, state-owned entities and private companies in high-stakes, complex arbitrations, negotiations and enforcement proceedings across the oil and gas, energy, mining, and construction sectors. Eugénie has acted in international arbitrations conducted under the ICSID, ICC, UNCITRAL and LCIA rules. She is fluent in English, French, Spanish and Portuguese.
