About Eva Tomás Román

Eva Tomás Román joined Bufete Trallero in 2005. She graduated in law from the University of Salamanca and is a member of the Madrid Bar Association (ICAM). She studied further at the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven and obtained, with the highest distinction, a Master’s degree in criminal law from the Instituto Europeo de Práctica Jurídica Schola Iuris. She acts at every stage of criminal proceedings, focusing on white-collar offences, offences against the public administration and criminal negligence, with extensive experience before the Constitutional and Supreme Courts. She has written numerous publications and regularly takes part in seminars and conferences.
