About Gustavo de Freitas Morais

Gustavo de Freitas Morais is a partner at Dannemann Siemsen and a law professor at Fundação Getúlio Vargas. Following a degree in electrical engineering from Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro, Gustavo obtained a law degree from São Paulo’s Faculdades Metropolitanas and specialised in IP at Franklin Pierce Law Center in the USA and in “Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy” at MIT’s Sloan School of Management. Gustavo is a member of the Brazilian Intellectual Property Association (ABPI), the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA), the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI), the Intellectual Property Owners Association (IPO) and the Inter-American Association of Intellectual Property (ASIPI).
