Nicole Hirata began her career in 2016 as an intern at Dannemann Siemsen’s life sciences and strategic civil litigation team and has since developed solid expertise, particularly in IP (patents), life sciences regulation, and civil litigation. An attorney since 2022, Nicole’s practice includes representing major national and international companies in the biopharmaceutical, food, and healthcare sectors. She has significant experience in administrative proceedings before regulatory bodies such as the Brazilian Health Regulatory Agency (ANVISA), the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, and Supply (MAPA), and various professional councils, in addition to preparing legal opinions, consultations, and providing strategic oversight of judicial proceedings.
