About Rodrigo Augusto O Rocci

Rodrigo Augusto O Rocci has been a partner at Dannemann Siemsen since 2016. Rodrigo graduated from Mackenzie Presbyterian University School of Law and has been involved with the trade mark department since he joined the firm in 2008, coming from an in-house role at Sanofi. Rodrigo has a wealth of experience representing relevant domestic and international companies in the pharmaceutical, food, and healthcare industries, including life sciences and IP litigation and advisory. He is familiar with challenges in these fields, being the co-creator of Project Constellation® and having co-authored the chapter on Pharmaceutical Regulation and Litigation in Foreign Countries in ANDA Litigation: Strategies and Tactics for Pharmaceutical Patent Litigators.
