About Carlos Hernandez

Carlos Hernandez joined BC&B Law & Business in 2005, becoming a partner in 2018, and leads the firm’s administrative litigation group. Carlos is an attorney with more than 20 years of experience in IP and 22 years’ experience in litigation. He holds a master’s degree in international law from Tecnológico de Monterrey, with postgraduate studies at Georgetown Law Center and Trinity College. Active in various legal associations, Carlos has also taught IP law and contributed to numerous publications and law books.
