is an attorney at law with a postgraduate degree in international law. He is specialised in intellectual property law and has completed postgraduate studies at the University of Georgetown in Washington, DC, and Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland. He has been a part-time professor in the Department of Legal and Social Studies at ITESM-CCM since 2007. Carlos joined BC&B in 2005 and became a partner of the firm in 2018. He is a member of the Mexican Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AMPPI) and the National Association of Business Lawyers (ANADE) and has published legal articles across different media. Carlos manages BC&B's IP litigation department.
