About Luis Emilio Moncada

Luis Emilio Moncada of BC&B Law and Business specialises in IP litigation, enforcement and anti-piracy, administrative litigation, domain name litigation, antitrust, and contracts. Graduating with merits from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM), Luis Emilio won first place in the Mexican Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AMPPI)’s Intellectual Property Research Competition 2024 for his work “Constitutionality of the Cancellation Action Ground in Section I of Article 258 of the Federal Law for the Protection of Industrial Property”. Luis Emilio is also a member of AMPPI and has been a member of the Academic Excellence Programme of the Supreme Court of Justice and UNAM since 2018.
