About Luis Emilio Moncada

Luis Emilio Moncada is an attorney-at-law from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM), graduating with honours, and is a member of the Academic Excellence Programme of the Supreme Court of Justice and UNAM. He has more than seven years of experience in intellectual property law, focusing on administrative litigation, industrial property and copyright. His practice also covers antitrust matters, enforcement strategies and anti-counterfeiting actions. He regularly advises and represents clients in complex disputes before Mexican authorities, including the administrative authorities and federal courts, and has participated in the design and implementation of legal strategies to protect and enforce IP rights across various industries.
