About Roxana Aispuro

Roxana Aispuro has been a partner at BC&B Law & Business since 2024 and holds a master’s degree in bioprocess science, as well as bachelor’s degrees in law and chemical engineering. She specialises in innovation management, IP, technology transfer, intangible asset valuation, and patent prosecution. An active member of the Licensing Executives Society International, the Mexican Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AMPPI), and Red OTT México (secretary of the board), Roxana is a Certified Licensing Professional and authorised by the Mexican Secretariat of Labour to train in IP and technology transfer. She actively participates in IP and technology transfer forums and is a published author on related topics.
