About Eduardo Talamini

Eduardo Talamini is a Senior partner at the firm specialising in civil procedure law, arbitration and administrative law. He is the vice president of Arbitration and Mediation Chamber of Paraná’s Industries Federation (CAMFIEP) and a Director of Brazilian Civil Procedure Law Institute. He has published extensively on civil procedure and arbitration matters, and he is acclaimed for his many works as a scholar and a legal writer, including his 17-edition coursebook on civil procedure and several other editorially successful books. Mr Talamini is an Arbitrator at the Commerce and Industry Brazil-China Chamber and often sits as presiding arbitrator or co-arbitrator under several domestic or international rules, including ICC. He is a Professor of civil procedure, arbitration and constitutional litigation at Federal University of Paraná (UFPR) and has professorship degree (“Livre-Docência”) at University of São Paulo (USP).
