About Carlos Perez de la Sierra

Carlos Perez de la Sierra is the founding and managing partner of Calderón & De La Sierra and has devoted his professional life to intellectual property matters. While his principal activities have traditionally encompassed litigation and enforcement of IP rights, he has also been active in counselling, prosecution, searches and strategy for both patents and trade marks. He frequently lectures in Mexico and abroad on a wide range of IP issues and has actively collaborated with the Mexican Patent and Trademark Office and in professional associations concerned with intellectual property, in legislative efforts, and in educational events pertaining to IP issues.
