José María Baño Fos
is a senior associate who practises in administrative law, environmental law (public concessions in coastal sites and waste treatment), land planning (infringement proceedings) and regulation. José is currently advising the owners of the land where the main waste recollection facility in Logroño was located in their litigation vis-à-vis the public authorities for the contamination of the land and the remediating measures. He is also providing advice to the company that was awarded the concession of one of the main beaches (artificially created) in the Canary Islands in all matters related to the performance of the concession, many of which are of an environmental nature.
