He operates in the Maghreb region, particularly in Algeria, and also on the strategic Middle East–North Africa axis in collaboration with LPA-CGR’s Dubai office. With over 22 years of experience working for international firms and major corporations, Lazhar has established strong connections in the Maghreb, France and the Middle East. He holds several postgraduate degrees, is actively involved in teaching and regularly publishes articles on his areas of expertise.
