About Francesco Chierichetti

Francesco Chierichetti assists Italian and foreign clients, both in and out of court, in intellectual property matters, with specific reference to trade marks, patents, design, domain names, copyright, know-how and unfair competition. He advises on industrial property matters in connection with M&A and joint venture operations, and on the negotiation and drafting of licensing agreements, technology transfer and software development contracts. He also has experience in civil law matters, in both extra-judicial and judicial phases, providing assistance to companies and private clients alike. Francesco has been a teaching assistant in Private Law at Bocconi University in Milan since 2016.
