Monica Riva
is a partner at Legance and co-ordinates the intellectual property department. She has more than 20 years of experience in contentious and non-contentious IP matters, including patents and SPCs, trade secrets, trade marks, software, pharmaceutical advertising and unfair competition. She advises on litigation, arbitration and cross-border disputes, as well as transactions involving joint ventures, M&A, licensing and technology transfer. Monica regularly publishes and speaks on IP law, and is active in professional and academic initiatives in the field.
