About Roberto Randazzo

Roberto Randazzo co-ordinates the ESG and impact team at Legance. With a background in commercial and corporate law, he has been dealing with ESG and sustainability issues for several years, having developed a transversal and multidisciplinary knowledge of the complex regulatory framework. He provides assistance in relation to sustainability strategy and governance, both in corporate and finance, assisting companies, investment funds and financial institutions with respect to both regulatory and impact measurement profiles. Roberto focuses on sustainable corporate governance, sustainable procurement and value chain, ESG due diligence, ESG data governance, and accountability of directors and companies with respect to ESG profiles.
