About Artur Hovhannisyan

Artur Hovhannisyan is a senior partner at Concern Dialog and leads the general administrative law, administrative law litigation, tax law, and governmental relations (legislation drafting and concept development) practices of the firm. His work encompasses consulting in these areas, alongside representation in judicial and administrative bodies. He obtained his attorney’s license in 2013 and joined the Concern Dialog team in 2019. Before joining the firm, Artur dedicated 14 years to the Ministry of Justice, where he held several positions, including First Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Armenia (RA). Additionally, he served as the First Deputy President of the RA Chamber of Advocates for three years.
