About Artur Hovhannisyan

Artur Hovhannisyan is a senior partner at Concern Dialog. He leads the general administrative law, administrative law litigation, tax law, and governmental relations (legislation drafting and concept development) practices of the firm. His work encompasses consulting in these areas, alongside representation in judicial and administrative bodies. Before joining the firm in 2019, Artur worked for 14 years at the Ministry of Justice, where he held several positions, including First Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Armenia. Additionally, he served as First Deputy President of the RA Chamber of Advocates for three years.
