About Aram Orbelyan

Aram Orbelyan is the managing partner of Concern Dialog Law Firm, heading its litigation and arbitration practice. Aram initially joined the firm in 2009 as a senior associate. From 2011 to 2014 he acted as the Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Armenia, responsible for a number of e-government reforms as well as reforms of civil procedure and legislation related to the Agency for State Register of Legal Entities, the Civil Status Acts Registry Office, the notary system, advocacy, civil procedural and civil legislation. After a four-year break, he returned as a senior partner. Additionally, he is a co-founder and chairperson of the Arbitrators’ Association of the Republic of Armenia.
