About Lilit Karapetyan

Lilit Karapetyan is a junior partner of Concern Dialog Law Firm who joined the firm in 2017 as a junior associate and was promoted to the position of junior partner in June 2021. Lilit provides consultancy to the firm’s clients on mining and energy law-related issues, supports major M&A transactions and advises clients on various corporate and contract law-related issues. Prior to joining the Concern Dialog team, Lilit worked at the Financial System Mediator’s Office as a lawyer (2013–14). Currently she is also the chairperson of the ADR Commission of ICC Armenia chapter.
