About Christoph Angerhausen

Christoph Angerhausen is a German and European patent attorney and a partner at BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT, based in the firm’s Düsseldorf office. His practice focuses on the registration, maintenance, enforcement and challenging of patents and industrial designs, as well as on the development of national and international protection strategies and the establishment and management of patent portfolios. He advises clients in examination, opposition and appeal proceedings before national and international patent offices and represents them in patent infringement and nullity proceedings before German courts (including nullity appeals before the Federal Supreme Court), as well as before the UPC. Christoph also advises on technology transfer, licensing agreements, employee invention law and the implementation of DIN 77006 for quality assurance in IP management.
