Daniel Herrmann
is a German and European patent attorney and a partner at BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT, based in the firm’s Frankfurt office. He advises start-ups, small and medium-sized enterprises and large corporations, both domestic and international, on patents and utility models, including freedom-to-operate analyses. His work focuses on the development of global patent strategies, with particular emphasis on computer-implemented inventions, medical devices and physics. He represents clients in filing, opposition and appeal proceedings before the European Patent Office, the World Intellectual Property Organization, the German Patent and Trade Mark Office, the German Federal Patent Court and the UPC.
