About Daniel Herrmann

Daniel Herrmann is a German and European patent attorney and a partner at BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT. He advises start-ups, SMEs and large corporations, both domestic and foreign, in matters of patents and utility models. He focuses on the development of global patent strategies with an emphasis on computer-implemented inventions, medical devices and physics. In this context, he represents clients in filing, opposition and appeal procedures before the European Patent Office, the World Intellectual Property Organization, the German Patent and Trade Mark Office and the Federal Patent Court in Germany. He also performs proper freedom-to-operate analyses.
