Michael Rüberg is an attorney at law and a partner at BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT. He is based in the firm’s Munich office, and is co-head of the firm’s patent litigation group. He specialises in disputes relating to technical intellectual property rights. With nearly 20 years of experience, both as outside and in-house counsel, he represents clients before all German patent infringement courts and the UPC.
